Casting people to play the following roles in Troy:
Male Union Club Patrons and Staff
Clock Office Staff
Pedestrians, Neighbors, and Guests of all socioeconomic types (White and Black men and women)
House Staff - Footmen, Maids, Butlers (White and Black men and women)
Suffrage Meeting Attendees (White men and women)
Black children, ages 5-15yrs
Wealthy Black Family Members/Party Attendees
Bar & Brothel Patrons
Prostitutes
Wealthy Party Guests
Church Clergy
When emailing, please include in the body of your email the following information with “Troy S3 - {name of role]” in the subject line:
Your Name
Phone #
Your Union Status (SAG-AFTRA or Non SAG)
Current height, weight, clothing sizes and shoe sizes
Attach current photos that depict your current look and hair color/length
dates you are available (again, indicate the role you are submitting for in the subject line of your email)
Once you email your submission, if you are right for a role, you will be contacted via text or email regarding next steps. Please keep an eye out for further correspondence.
HAIR / TATTOO NOTES
Men:
Hair: all natural hair around 2-3 inches of growth, especially on sides/back. No fades, buzzed sides, etc. Must be willing to have the hair department alter as needed to fit the 1880s look. NO HIGHLIGHTS, BLEACH, BALAYAGE, UNNATURAL COLORS.
No visible tattoos that can’t be covered by clothing.
Women:
Hair: have hair that is at least 2-3 inches of length below the collar bone. NO HIGHLIGHTS, BLEACH, BALAYAGE, UNNATURAL COLORS.
No visible tattoos that can’t be covered up with clothing. Please note if you have any arm tattoos, so you are only considered for the roles that will wear long sleeves.
